Mass Production
We have a bank of high precision, high speed Auto lathes that can produce high quality, dimensionally accurate components at very high speeds. These machines are excellent at large quantity orders.
We also offer bar fed CNC turning capability. This is the perfect option for short runs and prototyping jobs.
We are well versed in jig machining as well, this is ideal for large quantity milled components.
CNC Machining
We offer multi axis CNC machining to the highest standards and quality, and are also well versed in jig machining operations ideal for production work.
CNC Turning
We specialise in both short and long run CNC turning work, with the ability to bar feed. This gives us the option to produce all quantites of work.
We can also assist in one off and prototype work which is produced to the highest level of quality and precision.
4th Axis Machining
We have full 3D, 4th axis machining capability. This means we are able to produce multiple machining processes on multiple different planes on a single work piece, including gear cutting operations.
Production Milling
and Jig Machining
We are capable of multi zero point orientation machining and manufacturing our own custom machining jigs to allow very fast, reliable and accurate repetitive CNC machining processes.
Fabrication
While we are a specialist machine shop, we do have fabrication facilities available for all types of materials and applications.
With specialist machine designers and builders, we are capable of designing and supplying any fabrication you may require.
